Genuine Mouflon Sheep Skull with glass beads, tiles, and assorted found objects
14 x 16 x 12 in
Fiorello, an Italian name meaning "little flower," marks the evolution of an early artistic passion into a refined masterpiece. Originally a navy blue celestial goddess-themed skull purchased as a splurge from 12 Vultures, this ram head spent over a year at Ahmyo River Gallery before returning for a transformative re-arting during a January 2025 trip to Mexico.
Inspired by a subtle-toned resin floral brooch from Florida, the redesign features meticulously applied glass beads in muted palettes that harmonize with the hand-polished, dark curving horns, creating striking contrast and depth. Designed as a table mount to overcome the wall-hanging challenges of protruding ramhorns, Fiorello stands elegantly on its base, ideal for bookshelves or display pedestals in homes, galleries, or offices.
This one-of-a-kind piece showcases growth in beading confidence, blending personal narrative with exceptional craftsmanship for collectors of taxidermy art and mixed-media sculpture.
